Additional Charge per person per night of $25 plus tax. Weekly rentals require 2 nights deposit plus tax where applicable.
We prefer guests have no visitors as our parking is limited to guests with reservations. If you have to have a guest there is a minimum charge of $15.00 plus tax.
Minimum 3 nights rental for House. Minimum 2 nights rental for Rooms 5-8 & Cabins.
Cancellation Policy
All cancelations subject to $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus $25.00. If you cancel day 1-13th day of arrival date your deposit will be forfieted.
No refund for early departure.

If you are coming from the South:
Get off the NYS Thruway at exit 24. Take I-87 north for 55 miles. Get off exit 22 (Lake George). As you come off the exit, bear left and follow the signs for Route 9N, Bolton Landing, and Diamond Point. Take a left at the light on to LakeShore Drive, 9N North. Take Lakeshore Drive (9N) for about 1/4 mile. When you see the Lakefront Terrace Resort on your right, take a left onto Hill Dr.
The second driveway on the right is The Austin Inn. If you are coming from the North:
Take I-87 south. Take exit 22 (Lake George). Follow the signs for Route 9N, Bolton Landing, and Diamond Point. Take a left at the light on to LakeShore Drive, 9N North. Take Lakeshore Drive (9N) for about 1/4 mile. When you see the Lakefront Terrace Resort on your right, take a left onto Hill Dr. The second driveway on the right is The Austin Inn.
Notes: We are about an hour north of Albany. We are only 1 mile from Interstate I87. We are 1/2 mile north of the Village of Lake George. We have two entrances - one on Hill Dr and one on Lakeshore Drive (9N). FYI - There are 2 route 9s, route 9 and route 9N. We are on Route 9N!
